I work for National Reasearch Council Canada's National Science Library located in Ottawa, Ontario. I negotiate pricing and licenses for information resources, finding efficiencies and creative solutions to meet a challenging budget, all while balancing the rising costs of resources. We have have gone through many changes in the last decade and will probably go through many more. I like keeping an eye on library trends to try to get a glimpse to what the future may hold for our library.
