Cheri Jeanette Duncan is the Director of Scholarly Resources & Discovery at the James Madison University and a frequent presenter at professional conferences. For over 24 years, she has served in various positions and leadership roles within JMU Libraries, ranging from cataloging and serials to systems and e-resources. In her current position, Duncan administers the Collection Analytics, Digital Collections, Resource Access, and Special Collections units of the Libraries. In this role, Duncan provides leadership for the licensing, contract administration, procurement, management, and assessment of library collections and scholarly content in all formats.
