Heather Gilbert is the Associate Dean of Collection and Content Services for the College of Charleston Libraries. She serves as Associate Director for the Coastal Region of the South Carolina Digital Library. She holds an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and an MLIS from the University of South Carolina.
