Marcia completed her MLIS through the University of Alabama in May 2017 and started at Grand Valley State University (GVSU) in June 2017. Her first position at GVSU was as an Electronic Resources Management Specialist, and she moved into the role of eResources and Acquisitions Librarian in February 2019. She has worked professionally in academic libraries since 2010, and has worked in a variety of areas including serials, circulation, cataloging, e-resource management, reference, and acquisitions.
