In my role at GOBI Library Solutions, I am responsible for the growth and management of our academic library business throughout North America. I manage a team of Collection Development Managers that serve as our front line in working with our academic libraries. While I became a librarian in 1985, I have spent more than 25 years selling information products and services into the academic library market. In addition to my current role, I have served at YBP as Senior Digital Content Sales Manager in the Western U.S. from 2010 to 2013 and prior to that worked as a Senior Collection Development Manager in the same territory from 2006 to 2010. Before joining YBP, I spent 13 years working as an Academic Sales Representative and Account Services Manager at EBSCO in the Mountain/Plains region. As a librarian, I was the Law Librarian at the El Paso County Law Library in Colorado Springs and also held positions at Colorado College as both the Acquisitions/Collection Development Librarian and as a Reference/Circulation Librarian. While I am originally from upstate NY, I have called Colorado home for over 30 years.
