I'm a relatively new hire at UCF, but I previously spent 7 years as a librarian at a community college in the Florida Panhandle. I'm interested in benchmarks (or lack thereof!) for collection assessment, ways to improve collection analysis for program review/new program proposals, and ideas for demonstrating library collections ROI to administrators.
