I am the Resource Discovery Librarian at Old Dominion University Libraries. I lead the Resource Discovery Unit which is part of the Systems Development Department in the Libraries. My staff consists of two library specialists who lead our electronic resources troubleshooting process. My responsibilities include analyzing the impact of discovery systems on student success and scholarly productivity.
